My walls were wallpapered over high gloss paint, no primer. When stripping the wallpaper alot of the sheetrock paper came off. Can I prime with a solvent based primer (Zinsser Gardz) and venetian plaster over it? (The sheetrock has a slightly fuzzy surface from the paper being removed)
