We are putting venetian plaster over old plaster walls. There are a few places where it is peeling or blistering. What causes this & how do we fix it? Also, we took down old wall board & there are a few places where the old glue is still showing through after two coats. Will another layer take care of this? Thanks for your help! - Jennifer
